Easy411, Inc. is headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, and we maintain our data center in Lousiville, Kentucky.. Founded in late 2003, we offer a single service - Directory Assistance for mobile phone and landline customers. Our aim is to provide the same quality service customers expect from the major telecom providers, at a fraction of the cost.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Jon Spector - Chairman and Founder

Easy411 was founded by Jon Spector. Prior to Easy411, Jon served as CEO of Seurat Company, a marketing consulting firm, and of Darwin Networks, a telecommunications service provider. From 1980 to 2000 he was a consultant and senior partner with McKinsey & Company, Inc., in New York, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Boston.

Jon has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Wesleyan University. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the March of Dimes in Massachusetts, and is a director of several start-up companies in the Boston area. He served as a Trustee of Wesleyan University from 1996 to 2002

Michael H. Sproule - General Counsel

Mike Sproule received a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary where he was awarded a William A.R. Goodwin Memorial Fund Scholarship. Mike also received a Masters of Law in Banking Law Studies from Boston University. He is admitted to the bar in New York and Massachusetts.

Mike focuses his practice on intellectual property (particularly trademark and copyright practice) and corporate law. His experience includes work with both traditional and new economy clients in fields such as technology, the Internet, media and entertainment.

Alan Govatsos - Vice President of Business Development

Alan Govatsos is responsible for developing partnerships with telecom distributors, resellers, consultants, associations and other organizations whose membership can benefit from Easy411's services.

Andrew Pasetti- Chief Technical Officer

Andrew Pasetti is the Chief Technical Officer of Easy411. He has a BS in Computer Science from Northeastern University, and has held various IT-related positions with Harvard University, IBM and Jacques Whitford, Inc.
