CORPORATE
BILLING OPTIONS
We provide three billing options - Direct
Corporate Bill, Auto Reimbursement, and Direct Employee Bill
- to ensure that implementation of the Easy411 service is
straightforward.
Our PBX and Desktop DA products are always
billed directly to the corporation. Our
DA service for mobile phones can be billed in one of three
ways, depending on how your company pays for its mobile phone
services:
Direct Corporate Billing
is the best billing solution, providing a company with a
monthly electronic invoice and database with all call details
reported. Call volumes and costs are reported by phone number
and by billing code.In addition,
telecom managers can use the Easy411 Corporate Portal to
see the same information in realtime during the month, or
over time.
When Easy411 v2.0 is introduced later this summer, Direct
Bill customers will also be able to assign all calls to
business or personal use, through the use of an optional
voice prompt at the beginning of each call. Telecom managers
can also see listing information (i.e. which listings were
requested) to monitor the proper use of the Easy411 service.
Auto Reimbursement provides
a simple way for employees to submit business-related calls
to Easy411 for reimbursement. Under this program, employees
indicate that an Easy411call is for business purposes (this
takes about 3 seconds at the start of each call). Employees
pay for their Easy411 calls themselves, and Easy411 sends
a monthly report to the corporation listing all of the business-related
calls to be reimbursed to each employee. Employees do not
have to submit any paperwork to be reimbursed.
Auto Reimbursement can be a particularly effective cost-management
tool if the company adopts a policy prohibiting calls directly
to 411. Any calls to 411 submitted for reimbursement by
an employee would be rejected; calls to Easy411 would be
automatically reimbursed.
Direct Corporate Billing
is an even simpler approach. All calls to Easy411 from registered
employees' phones would be billed directly to the corporation.
Companies may also want to adopt a policy prohibiting reimbursement
for calls directly to 411.
Direct Employee Billing
requires no action on the part of the corporation, but creates
the most paperwork over time. Employees are billed directly
(via credit card) for their calls to Easy411, and they submit
their credit card bills to the company for reimbursement.
